Event description: The Novato Library is hosting a seed and plant exchange along with a seed saving workshop to celebrate the one year anniversary of its seed library. Patrons are encouraged to bring seeds or plants of California natives, vegetables and ornamentals to exchange. The seed library will also be open for seasonal seeds. A hands-on seed saving workshop is from 10-11.

Speaker: Marie Steckmest, Marin Master Gardener. Marie has been a UCCE Master Gardener for 12 years. She is currently a member of the Edibles Guild and a co-chair of the School and Community Gardens project of the Marin Master Gardeners.
