Lodging and Venue

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for participants at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Davis. To book your reservation in this block online, please visit the following link:

Scroll down the page to see the available suites. The room rate is $170 + taxes per night. This includes complimentary parking in the hotel lot and breakfast from 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM. We recommend eating breakfast at the hotel prior to arriving to the workshop each day.

Please contact us immediately if you are unable to book a reservation at the link above. You must book by Sunday, November 10 to be guaranteed the above room rate.

Parking is free in our lot, but not in adjacent lots that belong to other businesses. Reference this map for guidelines on where to park.

A shuttle will also be available to take you from the hotel to the workshop and back each day. If you need the shuttle, please indicate so on the registration form so that we can properly account for numbers and schedule. Otherwise, we will assume that you are making your own arrangements to travel to the workshop each day.
