- Use ENTRY FORM to submit youth entry information. No payment collected at this step.
- Submit a separate entry for each HORSE-RIDER combination.
- You will receive an emailed INVOICE with the total amount due for each submission and a LINK TO SUBMIT PAYMENT.
- Submit PAYMENT via CREDIT CARD or CHECK within 5 days of receipt of invoice.
- Complete REQUIRED FORMS (found on CA 4-H Equine Event page) and email or mail to State 4-H Office.
