Directors: Molly Smith & Leanna Gower

Assistant Directors: Anna Ayers, Ian Gower, Mara Riitters, & Rachael Taillion

Each one of our staff members began as a camper and applied to be promoted to Manager, and then went through year-round trainings. All staff members start out as Managers, then can apply to become an Assistant Director and eventually a Director. Only a selected few become Assistant Directors and then in the following year, Directors. As 4-H Camp staff, we have developed skills in bullying training, management, organization and leadership. We look forward to inspiring new camper discoveries and their excitement for camp, just like how we were when we were campers.
