How much will it cost me?
There is no registration fee for ANR academics or staff (this includes county-paid staff) to participate. UC ANR will reimburse lodging and travel costs after the conference. However, please be as frugal as possible and limit travel expenses by:
- sharing a room - be sure to reserve a room with 2 beds,
- making airline and other travel reservations as far in advance as possible to obtain the best rates.
You are responsible for making your own reservations and finding a roommate.
The maximum reimbursement for lodging is $70.13 per night, so we encourage you to share a room with a colleague. Find a roommate and decide who will make the reservation. If your roommate has made a reservation, you do not need to do so! Only one of the people in each room should reserve a room.
Meals - Most meals will be provided by the conference, so be sure to join us for breakfasts, lunches and the receptions where dinner type food will be served reception style.
Please Note: If you cancel after April 13, 2009, you will be assessed a $250 charge to help defray expenses (see the registration form). Please let us know asap if you cannot attend. Doing so will help us to allow as many people as possible to participate, so we would appreciate your cooperation.
