Activating Payment Types
There are currently two different Payment types: "Credit Card Payments" and "Check Payments".
Check Payments allow the survey to receive Check Payments. Check Payments must be validated by hand by a survey administrator. The survey must have an E-mail question.
To activate check payments from the survey menu go to: "Payment Options" then "Check Options" and fill out the Check payments form.
Credit Card Payments
Credit Card Payments allow the survey to receive Credit card payments. Check Payments are processed by a 3rd party credit card processing provider. Credit Card surveys are required to be attached to a unit that can accept credit card payments, require an e-mail question, and must be authorized before credit cards may be processed.
To activate credit card payments from the survey menu go to: "Payment Options" then "Credit Card Options" and fill out the Credit Card payments form.
