Many thanks for your willingness to support this important, educational conference! Your generosity helps us reduce registration costs for attendees. From October 7 - 10 more than 600 certified Master Gardener and Master Food Preserver volunteers and coordinators will be attending the official UC Master Gardener Conference. This event only happens every three years and draws some of the most dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers from across the state!

Vendor Hours

The Vendor Mall is located in the Pre-Function Foyer outside of track session rooms.


Tuesday, Oct. 7: 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. Vendor Check-in and Set-up 
Wednesday, Oct. 8: 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Limited Vendor Set-up 
  10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Vendor Mall Open 
  6:15 - 8:30 p.m.  Vendor Mall Open 
Thursday, Oct. 9: 7:30 – 9:15 a.m. Vendor Mall Open 
  12:45 – 1:45 p.m. Vendor Mall Open

Shipping Information

All packages shipped to the conference must be addressed to the attention of Linda Woods, Conference Service Manager at the Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, and marked 2014 UC Master Gardener Conference, Oct. 7 - 10.  Packages can not arrive at the facilities more than three days prior to the event.

Due to the remote location, FedEx is the only guaranteed overnight service. Departure/delivery of packages occurs each weekday between 11 am - 3 pm only. 


Check-In & Set-Up

Vendors may check-in for the conference on Tuesday, Oct. 7 between 1 - 6 pm. Check-in is located at the main registration area, a volunteer will be available to assist you to your designated table.

Due to space limitations all displays must fit within the designated 6 foot table area, do not bring large displays that will crowd the corridor and walkways. Loading and unloading is located at the front entrance of the hotel. If you have a large or heavy item for set-up, contact Linda Wood at lwoods1@dncinc.com.

Vendors must be set-up no later than 10 am, Weds. October 8. 

There is no on-site storage available for excess vendor items. Please lock up or remove valuables when not at your designated table. The UC Master Gardener Program is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 


Welcome Bags

Thank you for your interest in donating literature and products for the conference welcome bags. A minimum of 625 items should be donated for welcome bags and conference attendees. Literature and items should be shipped to arrive between Sept. 8 -12.
