A silent auction is being held at the 2014 UC Master Gardener Conference. The silent auction raises funds to offset costs and provide scholarships for attendees at future conferences.
Each UCCE Master Gardener county office is encouraged to donate one or more garden-related baskets or garden-related nonperishable items. This can include handmade items, purchased items, or items donated by local businesses. The recommended value of baskets or items is $50 minimum.
- Display county name and basket theme in an easy to see location
- Provide a list of contents for baskets with multiple items
- Wrap baskets and contents in cellophane
- Tag county name on additional items, not in baskets (i.e.: birdhouses, tools, etc.)
Designate a person in your county responsible for collecting donation(s), forward contact information to Marcia Rosenberg, email@example.com or call 559.243.9555. Once you have determined what your county will be donating, please forward contact information plus the retail value of the donated item(s) using the online Silent Auction application form.
Information about donation drop off will be provided at a later date.
