NOTE: EACH PERSON, YOUTH & ADULT, MUST SIGN UP SEPARATELY SO YOUR NAME IS ON THE 4-H CHECK-IN LIST

Admission and lunch are free for 4-H members and adults volunteering and presenting. Each 4-H member/adult who is pre-registered will receive a lunch ticket at the 4-H check-in tent for the sandwich lunch in the Heritage Room. Adults and youth not working the event may purchase tickets.

Adults who are not signed up to help will not receive a free lunch or admission.

Siblings, parents, and other family members may purchase tickets for the sandwich lunch in the Heritage Room or for the Concours Buffet Lunch in the Music room. Ironstone asks that no one brings in coolers to the car show area. We suggest you bring water and snacks to the 4-H display area as it is a long day.

4-H will provide coolers of bottled water at the 4-H entry table, the 4-H public speaking area, and in the Placer room (the room behind the big stage).

General entry tickets cost $25 per adult or $45 per couple or a family (for this, a family is two adults and 2 children). Children under 14 are admitted free. Tickets are available at http://www.ironstoneconcours.org/tickets.html

Please complete this survey by September 12. Members with presentations and impromptu speeches are encouraged to sign up for an event shift too. You will be contacted using the email address you provide with additional information after volunteer registration closes.

4-H assembles gift bags for the Concours sponsors and show winners. Each gift bag contains home-baked cookies along with other 4-H items. All counties participating in Concours are requested to supply 20 dozen home-baked cookies. Cookies are packaged 4-6 depending on size in small ziplock bags. If you can help by baking cookies, please let your county office know. The cookies must be delivered no later than 8:30 AM that day to the Ironstone Heritage room kitchen.
