High Sierra Beef Producer Survey

 
This survey is being sent out to gather information for the Sierra Nevada Beef Project Feasability Study. This project is being modeled after Yampa Valley Beef in Colorado. A group of ranchers formed a corporation to market cull cows to the corporation. The cows are ground into hamburger and then sold to Steamboat Springs ski resort and area restaurants. Participating ranches receive a $100 over market premium for their cows
