Refund Policy:

Full refunds less a 15% processing fee will be honored up until 3 business days before the workshop date. As an alternative to cancellation, another person may be substituted up until 5 business days before the workshop date. If you would like to request a refund or substitution, please contact Leticia Macias at lemacias@ucdavis.edu

In the unlikely event that this workshop is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, UCNFA will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
