4-H Program Support Trust Funding Application

The San Mateo County 4-H Support Trust provides grants to support 4-H projects in San Mateo County. To apply:

Part 1:

1. Complete this application (create a password)

2. Provide a proposed budget for the project.

3. The Program Support Trust Committee will review the application and budget and you will be notified of their decision within two weeks.

Part 2: After you have been approved, you will need to come back to your application.

In order to receive funds for an approved grant, you must fill out the expense report and provide receipts for the expenses (you can upload the expense form and receipts at the end of the form).

Note: if you are not able to upload your expense form and receipts, you can mail it to:
