Alameda 4-H County Ambassador Advisor Interest Survey

Description: 4-H County Ambassador Advisers are adult volunteers who agree to advise, not direct, the activities of the County Ambassador Team. The Advisers work with the County Ambassadors to establish a Plan of Action that benefits the 4-H program, its members and the Leaders Council.

The County Ambassador Adviser(s) may also play a role in leading the team by:

  • Assisting in planning, developing and/or hosting a one-time activity, session or workshop
  • Assist with group communication: scheduling club visits, handle details for SLC matters and transportation
  • Provide administration or technology assistance to the County Ambassador Team
  • Taking an active part in fund-raising for the program if needed
  • Not inhibiting or restricting the County Ambassador Team.
  • Manage the selection process for the next years’ County Ambassador team.
