Napa County 4-H Council Fund Request Application

4-H Clubs and/or projects will submit a fund request application online. Applications will be accepted twice per year; once in the Spring (due February 1) and once in the Fall (due November 1). Fund request applications will be individually reviewed by the Executive Board of the Napa County 4-H Council. Applicants will agree to submit a thank you note with photos and make an oral report at a Napa County 4-H Council meeting within the calendar year of receiving funding.
