COVID-19 4-H Requirements -Santa Cruz

We would like to truly thank all the 4-H volunteer leaders for taking the time to review the UC policies regarding the COVID-19 procedures.  These procedures are designed to follow State and County guidelines regarding phase 2 of COVID-19 reopening phase. 

Just a few quick reminders: 

Every 4-H volunteer leader must read the procedures and complete this survey prior to hosting any 4-H activities. The procedures must be followed at all in-person activities. In-person activities can have a maximum of 8 youth and 2 adults 4-H leaders, for a total of 10 people.
