2022 - 2023 San Mateo/San Francisco 4-H Returning County Ambassador Application

 

Thank you for your interest in returning as a county ambassador for the 2021 - 2022 program year.

Fill out this online application (SUBMISSION DEADLINE: May 9th, 2021 no later than 9:00 PM)

  • County Ambassador Plan (max 500 words): County Ambassadors plan and execute a group Service Learning Project. Please describe what a Service Learning Project is and means to you. Include an idea you have for a Service Learning Project you believe you and your fellow ambassadors could complete over the year. Reference: http://4h.ucanr.edu/Projects/Citizenship/service_learning/
  • Essays: Answer the following prompts in three separate essays. Essays should not exceed 300 words.
    • Why do you want to continue as a 4-H County Ambassador?
    • What do you hope to gain from your County Ambassador experience?
    • What do you hope to give to 4-H from your County Ambassador experience?
