Council Executive Board Officers

Nominations are OPEN!

Nominations are open for the offices of

  • Vice President
  • Treasurer

All offices are two-year terms. Elections are normally held at the May Leaders Council meeting. Officers elected this year will serve the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 program years. Please consider serving on this important committee!

Adult volunteers who are nominated and run for an office on the Nevada County 4-H Leaders Council Executive Board must meet the following requirements:

  1. Must be a Certified 4-H Adult Volunteer
  2. Must be present at the meeting at which elections are held
  3. Should have attended at least one Nevada County 4-H Leaders Council meeting prior to being nominated for Council office

Executive Council meetings are generally held held the first Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm in the 4-H office, and Leaders Council meetings are held the second Thursday of the month at 7 pm in the Veterans Building Dining Hall. No meetings in August, December, and June.

You may submit a nomination for a single position. It is not necessary to nominate for both offices in order to complete the survey.
