Pesticide empty container request

Empty pesticide product containers are available for UC Master Gardener programs to borrow for use in training other MGs or your community on less toxic pesticides and reading labels.

Please fill out the form below once you have already started planning your event. We suggest you submit your request well in advance to ensure the containers are available and we have time to ship them. If you will be conducting multiple training events using the containers, submit a separate form for each event date.

You are responsible for shipping the containers back to UC IPM directly following your training event and are also required to pay return shipping costs. UC IPM will pay to ship the containers to you.

We will respond within 10 business days to confirm your request.

Our loaner sets of pesticide bottles are in high demand throughout the state. We try to send you the containers 2 weeks before your training date. Please tell us the ACTUAL DATE of your training. If you have more than one event planned, fill out two separate request forms.
