Tomatoes are one of the most popular fruits to can because there are so many delicious recipes to make: salsa, pizza sauce, and bruschetta, just to name a few. We will be showing you how to safely waterbath can your tomatoes and share several great recipes.

All Workshops are held at the Farm + Food Lab, OC Great Park.  Workshops and parking are free of charge. Workshops are held  rain or shine, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
