Flavor filled vinegars and oils for salads and cooking doesn't need to be an open to only what's on your favorite store's shelves.

There are safe ways to make fruit infused vinegars and herb infused oils in small batches for us in your kitchen or gifts to friends and family. The key is proper processes to be sure the end products are safe to use. This workshop will provide all the opportunity, knowledge and steps necessary to make your own infused vinegars and oils at home safely. We are excited about offering this class for the first time.

You will make your own oil and vinegar to take home. All hand outs and materials will be provided.

Bring an apron and be ready for this hands on class.
