Fermentation is used in many food items - beer, wine, sauerkraut. While we don't teach how to make beer or wine, we can help you learn how to make some of the latest, hottest new items available for fermentation.

Sauerkraut has been around for quite awhile and there is nothing that can compare to fresh made kraut. New onto the scene is kimchi, a Korean dish made from fermented vegetables. This workshop will teach you how to safely make sauerkraut and kimchi - and you will take home each product. This is a first time offering for Kimchi and we are excited to share this new fermented product.

Bring an apron and be ready for this hands on class.
