We will begin the day viewing trials in the field while the weather is cooler and then return to the meeting room for presentations on a variety of topics. Several speakers will cover water management to assist growers in their decision-making process. There are also talks on nutrient management and alfalfa weed control.
This year, we are hosting a workshop focusing on regulatory changes involving Chlorpyrifos and will provide updated pest management recommendations.
Pre-registration is not required; simply show up at the Kearney Research and Extension Center by 7:30 AM so you have time to sign in and fill out paperwork for Continuing Education Credits: 2.5 PCA credits (1 Laws, 1.5 Other) and 4 CCA credits (0.5 Soils & Water, 2 IPM, 1.5 Crop Management).
Lunch will be provided.
