Effective Oct. 1, 2015, there is no ANR staff or visitor parking in the lot around the Davis Musical Theater Company at 607 Peña Drive in Davis. ANR has been fortunate to lease those additional parking spaces near the ANR building at 2801 Second Street, but the lease has expired and the landlord has declined to extend it. 

The Second Street Parking Lot Committee offers the following recommendations:

• Until the temporary lot is in place, one option is street parking north of the ANR building on Spafford Street.
• If both the regular lot at 2801 Second Street and the temporary lot at 3031 Second Street are full, street parking on Spafford Street is an option.
• Consider carpooling, walking, bicycling or taking the bus.

Please respect our neighbors and their businesses by not parking in their spaces. We don't want anyone to get their vehicle towed.

ANR recently purchased the property adjacent to the ANR building at 3031 Second Street, and work is currently under way to construct a parking lot on that site. However, with permits, environmental reviews and construction, that project will not be completed for 8 to 12 months.

As soon as possible, ANR will construct a temporary gravel lot adjacent to our current parking lot, on the 3031 Second Street site, to be accessed from the existing parking lot. 

Please be aware that the 3031 Second Street property now belongs to the University of California, so smoking will not be allowed in either the temporary or permanent parking lots.
