There will be a 4-H Archery Leader Certification Training offered in Riverside County in December, 2015. The class will be held Saturday, December 12th, 9 AM – 4 PM, and Sunday, December 13th, 9 AM - 2 PM, at 928 First St., Norco, CA. You must be a 4-H leader and attend both days to receive certification to teach archery at the project, club, and camp levels. The course will include instructions on the equipment, practice shooting and teaching, and a written test. The cost is $35 per person and includes a resource binder, Saturday and Sunday light breakfast, refreshments, and lunch.
Junior and teen leaders are invited but must attend with an adult and have a certified archery adult leader they will be helping in their club project.
Tent or Dry RV camping is an option on site.
To register, please complete and mail the CA 4-H Shooting Sports Training Request and Registration Form, an Adult or Youth Treatment Authorization and Health History Information Form, and a $35.00 check payable to Norco Trailblazers 4-H Club. Mail to: Pat Center, 928 First St., Norco, CA 92860.
Registration is due Friday, December 4th. Space is limited to 20 attendees. Priority will be given to Riverside County volunteers and members.
