Our county 4-H program depends on adult volunteers and active teens to plan and organize our county-level activities; without people like you, we cannot offer all of these great opportunities to our membership! In the 2017-2018 program year we will be looking for people to help as:
Key Leader Positions. Key leaders provide direct support and guidance for other less experienced 4-H leaders in the assigned project area. At a minimum they make themselves accessible to phone and email inquiries from leaders and members, and act as an advisor to the County 4-H Office as to the needs of that project area. Key leaders may also choose to lead a countywide project, create proficiency tests/awards, and offer county-level events in collaboration with 4-H Staff.

Advisor/Director Positions. An advisor/director works with a team of youth that are serving a particular role. AgFest Representative Positions. These representatives are the official liaisons between AgFest and our county 4-H program. They are also responsible for disseminating information about AgFest to 4-H staff, volunteers, and members.

Barn Chair Positions. Barn chairs support and guide 4-H members who are showing animals of that species at AgFest. They attend all relevant AgFest meetings and help make sure that their barn is organized and properly supervised.
