4-H Clubs that have been collecting for the Friends of the Fair Merced Fair Barn Raising should be completing their collections and turning them in to be elegiable for the prize awards!  See the note below from the committee members Amanda, Andrew, and Tess

Bucks for the Barn
Thank you to everyone for your help with the Bucks for the Barn fundraiser.  Please remember to turn in your donation containers to your ambassadors (who will take them to the fairgrounds) or you may take them to the Merced County Fairgrounds office the week of May 17, 2010. 
To be considered for the prizes, the container must be in by May 21, 2010.  Counting begins May 24.  Clubs/Chapters are also welcome to count their own containers and deliver a check to the Fairgrounds, just be sure to provide a report with the individual amounts and the grand total.  Hilmar Colony 4-H is planning to do their own counting before delivering.
