HI Marilyn- The in person conference is postponed until 2021, there is no agenda for it at this time. We are in the midst of scheduling online webinars in the fall, you can stay up to date on the latest by reading this blog and checking your email for updates from the statewide office.

Will 2021 Search for Excellence have a 2021 contest fo the new submission of new 2021 county project to submit their educational and innovative projects for consideration?

Hi Jan-
At this time there is no money in the 2021 budget to hold another Search for Excellence in 2021. If we find a sponsor for a 2021 Search for Excellence we may be able to hold it again.

Hi Ellie- The costs of holding a Search for Excellence range between $3,00- $5,000 which includes prize money, conference fees, technology costs and judging meetings. This would be a great sponsorship opportunity for a donor for the 2021 conference.

Can we sign up now for the conference or do we need to wait until 2021?

Hi Suzanne- Thanks for you interest, signing up for the conference will happen after speakers have been arranged and a schedule for 2021 is confirmed with tours. Look for registration to open in late Spring 2021.
