Growing your own vegetables can be very rewarding! But vegetables need proper care to thrive. Using integrated pest management can help home gardeners protect their vegetables from pests and manage pests using sustainable, environmentally sound methods.

This Advanced IPM training for Master Gardeners will focus on identifying and solving vegetable pest problems including insects, diseases and disorders, and vertebrate pests of gardens.

This hands-on, train-the-trainer workshop is co-sponsored by University of California Integrated Pest Management Program and the UC Master Gardener Statewide Program.
