Prevention and Response
The University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources is committed to creating and maintaining a community where all individuals who participate in university programs and activities can work together in an atmosphere free of violence, harassment, discrimination, exploitation or intimidation. Every member of the community should be aware that the University prohibits, in accordance with its policies, discrimination, bias, retaliation, sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. Such behavior violates both law and University policy. The University will respond promptly and effectively to any report of harassment and discrimination and will take appropriate action to prevent, correct, and when necessary, discipline behavior that violates University policy.

Harassment & Discrimination Assistance and Prevention Program (HDAPP) - Supports the University's commitment to a harassment and discrimination-free work and learning environments for all members of the community by supporting prevention, assisting resolve conflict and caring for employee concerns.
CONFIDENTIAL RESOURCES
- Academic and Staff Assistance Program (ASAP) - The Academic and Staff Assistance Program offers confidential, cost-free assessment, intervention, consultation and referral services to all UC ANR employees and their immediate families.
- Center for Advocacy, Resources & Education (CARE) – If you or someone close to you has experienced sexual harassment or any form of sexual violence, CARE advocates are able to provide confidential help with processing emotions, going over reporting options, resource referral and more.
- Ombuds Office – The Ombuds Office is a confidential, independent, impartial, and informal problem-solving and conflict management resource for all members of the UC Davis, UC Davis Health and UC ANR communities.
