Beth Grafton-Cardwell
Dr. Beth Grafton-Cardwell received a AB degree in Biology from the University of California at Berkeley (UCB) in 1977. She then attended Purdue University, West LaFayette, IN, where she received an MS in Entomology. She returned to Berkeley and received a PhD in Entomology in 1985, studying under Dr. Marjorie Hoy. She is a UC Cooperative Extension Specialist and Entomologist in the Department of Entomology at UC Riverside and has been stationed at the UC Kearney Agricultural Research and Extension Center, Parlier, CA, since 1990. She focuses on developing IPM strategies and programs for citrus produced in California. She is widely recognized for her excellence in research and extension. She is currently the Center Director for the Lindcove Research and Extension Center.
