This session will use scenarios and ask participants to act out the scenarios using a conflict approach vs. an incident approach to conflict. We will use the ELM to guide the whole workshop. B. Conflict is a big part of 4-H and our daily lives. This session will challenge participants to rethink how they approach conflict resolution, and apply it to their 4-H experience.
