Those attending will be involved in a hands-on table setting activity and discussion. Participants will be able to put together a themed tablescape and menu. Guidelines for 4-H project areas change over time. 4-H contests, such as the Tablesetting Contest, must be updated to reflect the changes. Participants will learn creative ways to use a themed tablescape to create a menu that represents the new food plate and see how this contest can be adapted to meet specific program or fair requirements.
