Easy Pasta Salad
Easy Pasta Salad
Boil 1/2 a box of pasta.
*Used whole wheat pasta for more fiber
Prepare toppings while pasta cooks: 1 small tomato (diced), 1/2 cucumber (diced), 1/2 cup corn, 2 green onions (chopped)
Drained cooked pasta.
Rinse pasta with cold water.
Add toppings to the pasta.
Mix together.
Salad Dressing
1/8 cup olive oil, 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
Add 1/8 teaspoon salt.
Add a dash of pepper.
Enjoy!
