Garden Omelet
Garden Omelet
Prepare 1 handful of spinach, 1/4 cup bell peppers, 1/4 cup tomatoes, and 1/4 of a small onion.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil to a heated pan
Add bell peppers and onions.
Cook until soft.
Add spinach and cook until shrunken. Season with salt and pepper.
Beat 2 eggs.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil to a heated pan
Pour eggs evenly into the pan.
Sprinkle cheese (optional)
Add toppings to one side of the eggs and top with tomatoes.
Fold the other half over.
Enjoy!
