Recipes: Mood-Booster Smoothie
Mood-Booster Smoothie
In a blender, add 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup yogurt, and 1/4 cup milk.
Add 1/4 cup pineapple and 1/8 cup (or 2 Tbsp) pineapple juice.
Add 1/4 cup peaches. Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!
Makes 1 cup (8 ounces)
Optional: Add a handful of kale.
Instructions
Add all ingredient to a blender, and blend well. Can be served over ice to chill the beverage.
