UC ANR Work Environment Assessment: Preliminary Results
Who should attend? Any ANR employees
Co-Chair of the Systemwide Work Team Jan Corlett, Chief of Staff to the ANR Vice President, and UC Interim University Diversity Coordinator Jesse Bernal will provide an overview of the project and preliminary findings for ANR.
Between October 2012 and March 2013, the University of California is administering what is believed to be the largest survey of its kind ever conducted in American higher education—a study of student, faculty and staff attitudes and experiences with diversity and inclusion throughout the entire university system. All students, faculty, academics and staff at the ten campuses, five medical centers, UC Office of the President, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources were invited to participate. The survey administered to ANR was called the “Work Environment Assessment” and obtained responses from over 60 percent of ANR staff and academics.
Winners for the iPad drawing will be announced during this session.
