About the Survey Registration & Payment Tool
Common uses
The Survey Registration and Payment tool is a versatile system that can be used to fit many needs. Common uses for the survey tool range from registration forms utilizing Credit Card payments to complex information acquisition forms.
How to access the Survey Registration and Tool Page:
You must be logged into your UCANR Portal. Once there, you can access the survey system two ways:
- By clicking on the "Surveys" link on the right far right hand column of your Portal.
- By logging into your Sitebuilder 3 site, and finding the surveys link in the left hand column of links of your dashboard.
There is one major difference between accessing your survey from the Portal vs. from your Sitebuilder 3 dashboard, that being setting up a Credit Card Survey. You can only setup a credit card survey through the Sitebuilder 3 dashboard and only if your unit or county is authorized to do so. You can find more information by visiting the ANR Credit Card Payments page.
