Samuel supports program coordination of the “Multifaceted pathways to climate smart agriculture through participator program development and delivery” in California. He is a point of contact in facilitating, implementing and communicating critical needs in climate smart agriculture education to stakeholder groups including socially disadvantaged, beginning, small-scale and large-scale farmers and ranchers, technical service providers, and university students.
