To all the lovely people,
I am passing along this article not only the foods but the reasons behind these selections - examples: the amount of pesticides used on tomatoes and onions imported from Peru. I would always encourage growing your own but the next best way is to buy local and buy organic.
I hope your gardens are all doing well - we have our first sunflowers and zinnias and are harvesting and eating broccoli, zucchini, potatoes, garlic, and shallots. To all the lovely people,
Dr. Elaine Ingham has put together a series of FREE videos about the soil and how to feed it organically. I would suggest that if you want to have a better understanding of feeding your plants without using non-organic fertilizers (chemical) that you subscribe to this educational series. I have viewed the first one and am waiting to see the second one. It is understandable and the good Dr. Ingham explains things in a way we can all understand. Click on the link and be directed to the first video. I haven't received any spam yet.
