Make sure plants stay damp. When the soil dries out too much it sucks the moisture right out the leaves.

Everything that froze looks pretty awful. Don't be in a hurry to make it look nice again by pruning and taking all the dead leaves off. They protect the new growth which is coming from the roots. Mid March is a good time to clean them up.
