any reason why you need to do the majority of this manual or can we ask the 4honline folks to do quite a bit of this. it seems to me it would be a little like microsoft asking us to write our own manual for word. maybe some of the specifics should be left up to you/us to create. when i get back in the office tomorrow and talk with my secretary i am sure we can come up with some more terms. also, sorry for the lower case typing, my laptop lost its shift capablity, lol

Hi Hogan. I would like to have Tisha in our office take a look at this in the morning. Will get back to you!

Hi Hogan,

You may want to break down the reports, ie. Custum Enrollment, Custom, Standard Reports... Just a suggestion. The rest should be enough to get started. I realize that the best option would be if the 4-H online creators made a handbook but this would cost extra money that I know we do not have. So I hope that several of us in the state could help you with the work load to get this done. However, if they want a copy when it is done I would think that we should be compensated! lol

I think you are on the right track Hogan. We are really going to have to break it down and be simple, yet not lenghtly (if that is even possible) to get the 4-H volunteers and members using it. I already have had complaints form community leaders saying that we are asking too much of them and this program is making it harder in their eyes.

Great start Hogan! I will also want to run this by my secretary who does most of the inputting of the online enrollmet. I am sure it will be a work in progress and as it is test-piloted adjustments can be made. We have to start somewhere and this is a good beginning!
THANKS!
