We continue to see a mix of life-stages of both VCLH and WGLH at all of the regional monitoring sites (Figs. 1-2). As we move into the fall, adults will begin to enter reproductive diapause. These will be the leafhoppers that overwinter in your vineyard.
Last Friday Sept. 8 we released another batch of Anagrus daanei in a vineyard near Hopland.
This will be the last blog post for our 2017 Regional Monitoring Program. Many thanks to all of the growers who provided access to monitor at their vineyards this year.
We will present a summary of data from 2017 at the annual Mendocino-Lake IPM Seminar later this fall (date TBD) and then post the full report to the VCLH Website (click for link).
