Olive Curing workshop 2010
Wonderful idea! Could we get a workshop down in southern California? Lots of people have olive trees, lots of groves down here.

There is alink on the first page for Jurupa Mountains Cultural Center. They also offer an Olive Curing Class, although I don't know if it is as intensive as the one described above. However, it's only about an hour from San Diego, or many other SoCal locations, depending on where you live.
Hope that helps.

I could not attend because of a prior appointment at my college. Is there a way I can purchase a copy of the curing techniques, since I do have olives on my property that I have been curing since my father passed away in 1998. I am always looking for new ideas to cure my olives. Thank you.
