The article states: Transform currently has a Section 24c Special Local Needs (SLN) in California for Siskiyou, Lassen, Modoc, and Shasta Counties for helping to manage BAA and other aphid pests, with restrictions (applications must occur between 7pm and 7am. Can you clarify that the night time application is correct, or is this a typo?

Thanks!

The night-time restriction is correct, OR applications can occur when temperatures are below 50 degrees F at the site of application. Make sure you examine the CA and national label if applying this pesticide (the label is only good for those CA counties granted the 24C).

Hopefully, a full label is granted in time for the initial treatment for BAA on Alfalfa. If not, the use of our current option, Dimethoate with or without a pyrethroid, will disrupt early predator/parasite buildup and ameliorate the subsequent use of a selective chemistry like Transform.
How many Bee issues have been reported by the other 48 states that had the labeled use of Transform on Alfalfa last year?
