This year's Livestock Field Day will again be online. With rules changing weekly, we wanted to insure having a learning experience for the kids. Please follow the link below to LivestockJudging.com, you will need to create a user account, and then use the code provided below to enter the correct judging class.
The class will be open starting April 30, 2021, until Sunday May 7, 2021 at 8:00pm. Once the class has ended, you will receive your results. There is 5 classes to judge in our contest, market swine, market sheep, market goat, market steer, and senior doe (rabbit). Please complete all 5 classes. Before you begin the judging contest, educate yourself on how to judge the different species. Below is some links to “how to's” or judging guides.
Judging these classes works the same as judging the classes at livestock field day. There is 4 options per class. You will rank them from best to worst. In this program the animals will be numbered 1, 2, 3, or 4. Watch all angles of the animal, watch the animal move, then place the animals in the order you think is best to worst.
