Last Friday the Roderick Shippey Hall was dedicated in grand fashion.   Despite the cold rain, the celebration was filled with warmth and inspiration.   Here, the Hopland Research & Extension Center director, Dr. Robert Timm, addresses part of the audience ... which was comprised of folks who donated funds or in-kind materials and services, along with the planners and builders of the facility.
