UCCE Master Food Preservers will show you how to assemble cookie or bread mixes like waffles, cornbread, or brownies in a mason jar. How about a breakfast basket with oatmeal packets and cocoa mixes? You'll leave the class with many ideas! 

When: Saturday, November 16, from 9am to 12 Noon (Check-in begins at 8:45 am; class starts promptly at 9:00.)

Fee: $5 (payable at the door by cash/check payable to UC Regents)
