Description | Photo was taken in the early morning of March 15, 2013 in my garden in Santa Barbara, California. The fog bestowed a mysterious aura throughout the garden that morning which I had to capture in a photo. It is here where I enjoy my morning coffee and ponder the thoughts of the day while the hummingbirds dart about the plants and finches look for seeds and visit the water fountain. The path throughout the garden is covered in mulch. My husband built the bench and all the arbors in the garden. My favorite vine in my garden is the Wisteria on an arbor off the dining room patio. It is a gorgeous view from inside the house, but when I am next to it I love the exquisite scent. Other plants are a Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Marjorie Channon', fruitless olive and Salvia x guaranitica 'Costa Rica Blue'. |
