Description: This Thing We Call Gardening - Through One Man’s Eyes

Gardening is many things to many people, but for all of us, it is a rather personal experience. However, let’s be honest, half of us have sore backs, thin wallets and tired knees. Yet every year, we check the catalogs, we look to see what’s new, we curse the deer and tear at the weeds. “Dr. A” as Allan Armitage likes to be called, will put this thing called gardening in perspective. What draws us? What trends are out there? Where is the information that helps us keep coming back? His comments are priceless, his humor and passion are free.
