Important notes:

Funding is very limited for this event so room sharing is required. This meeting is NOT following standard UC Policy. Due to limited funding, we are only able to reimburse a maximum of $77+ per night (NOT the usual 50%)
UC Policy states travelers must be at least 40 miles from their work location or home, whichever is closer, in order to be reimbursed for overnight stay (lodging and meals). Those who work at the UC ANR office in Davis are not eligible to receive reimbursement for lodging.
Please review the agenda and be prepared to estimate your travel as accurately as possible when registering.
